Command Center Manager

Role Description

This is a contract role for a Command Center Manager at AdIns Center of Excellence in Jakarta, Indonesia. The Command Center Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the command center, coordinating with various teams, monitoring performance metrics, and ensuring effective communication and incident resolution.

Qualifications

• Minimum education at S1 level in all fields
• Minimum 12 years of data center and/or ICT work experience
• Minimum 3 years experience as an ICT manager
• Have work experience managing customer relations/Sales Representative/Account Manager/Customer Support/similar
• Equivalent certification related to data center or ICT for example: CDFOM/ VCP/ CEH/ CCNA/ COMPTIA+ (priority with multiple certifications)
• Understanding related to Crisis Management
• Understanding related to Service Portfolio Management
• Understanding of Service Level Agreements
