The Commercial Specialist will be responsible for navigating government documentation, assisting with visa processes, managing international financial affairs, controlling expenses, and overseeing employee satisfaction. Additionally, the role involves providing comprehensive services and handling ad hoc tasks as they arise.

Job Description

• Be responsible for the local government documentations & regulations and real-time translation;
• Assist in the process of visa business proposal;
• Be responsible for the docking of financial affairs overseas;
• Be responsible for the control of various expenses;
• Be Responsible for employee satisfaction management;
• Other comprehensive services and Ad Hoc tasks.

Job Requirement

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering/ Management/ Business Administration from reputable university with GPA min 3.30/4.00;
• Having Experience in Minimum 3 years in the Manufacture type Company, preferable from Automotive Manufacture;
• Proficient in English, Chinese, English for the general reading and writing ability;
• Excellent interpersonal skills to ensure the effective communication to various levels (both verbal & written) and follow up matters.
