Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Manage B2B and online official store sales order, shipment process, and local warehouse inventory, ensure efficient inventory rotation, reduce the risk of stock-stuck inventory, Process PO and shipment from headquarter and customers with high timeless and effectiveness;
  • Responsible for online/offline order recording into ERP , local warehouse shipment, and report inventory statistics timely with HQ;
  • Supervise and manage the entire process of drafting, reviewing, signing, fulfilling, and filing contracts of local distributors, and coordinate resources with various departments involved in the contract terms to ensure that the contract is fulfilled;
  • Be responsible for issuing local customer invoices, credit note, rebate;
  • Complete account reconciliation, collection of invoices, and system account management related to accounts receivable with distributors and official store;
  • Financial coordination: Cooperate with the headquarter financial business team to complete local entity sales performance, tax settlement work, and take into account the timely connection of e-commerce financial basic data with the headquarters and customers to ensure accuracy, effectiveness and timeliness;
  • Responsible for gradually establish systematic local business management process and system to control risks at the source and ensure the normalization and standardization of business processes.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in business or e-commerce fields;
  • A bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing or a related discipline;
  • Proficiency in English, with excellent written and oral communication skills suitable for a working environment;
  • Better be familiar with e-commerce business operation and proficiency in digital marketing tools;
  • Competent in data analysis and adept at using office software such as Excel, ERP, SAP, ORACLE, CRM;
  • Have good communication and learning skills, strong execution, stress resistance and coordination ability;
  • Have a good sense of responsibility and work carefully and meticulously.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Chinese as a working language is highly advantage
