Commis Chef

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Commis Chef at Chotto Motto located in Ubud. The Commis Chef will be responsible for food preparation, cooking, and culinary skills. They will also be responsible for maintaining food hygiene standards and effective communication within the kitchen.

Qualifications

• Food Preparation, Cooking, and Culinary Skills
• Knowledge and adherence to food hygiene standards
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Attention to detail and ability to follow recipes
• Experience in a similar role is a plus
• Culinary certification or diploma is a plus
