Commis Pastry

Thia is a full-time on-site role for a Commis at Gloomy Patisserie restaurant and Gelato in Bekasi. The Demi Pastry will be responsible for daily baking and tasks, ensuring the highest standards of bakert abd creativity skills are applied. The role requires maintaining hygiene standards and executing baking techniques with precision. The Demi Pastry will play a vital role in creating expectional culinary experiences for our guest.

• Residence in Bekasi, East Jakarta, and North Jakarta.
