Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Commis Pastry or in a similar role within a luxury hotel or fine dining environment.
- Diploma or certification in Culinary Arts or equivalent is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of cooking techniques, food preparation, and kitchen operations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on quality and attention to detail.
- Strong understanding of food hygiene and safety standards.
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and passion for food.
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia is required; proficiency in English is a plus.
