Job Description:
Our client is a well-established company in the e-commerce sector, renowned for providing an exceptional online shopping platform experience. They offer a diverse range of categories, ensuring a comprehensive and satisfying shopping experience for all their customers.
Product and Market Strategy Development: Define product requirements based on target user profiles, market demand, and competitor analysis. Set sales targets and develop process plans.
Segmentation and Supply Solutions: Provide tailored product supply solutions for different user segments, ensuring diverse needs are met.
Pricing, Marketing, and User-Product Matching: Develop and implement pricing strategies, marketing plans, and effective user-product matching techniques to enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales.
Lifecycle and Market Testing Plans: Create and execute comprehensive product lifecycle sales plans. Validate, iterate, and monitor the operational plan, including training, promotion, and user reach.
Supply Chain and Inventory Management: Coordinate supply chain planning, develop supply plans to ensure product availability, source and negotiate with suppliers, and manage inventory levels based on market trends and demand patterns.
Job Requirements:
Experience and Industry Knowledge: Minimum of 3 years in merchandising with a deep understanding of industry products, brand layout, trends, and customer preferences.
Strategic Execution: Proven ability to develop and execute Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies, including product launches and promotional campaigns, while staying updated on market trends and competitor offerings.
Communication and Collaboration: Strong communication and teamwork skills for effective collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
Negotiation and Travel: Proficient in negotiation to secure favorable terms with suppliers and retailers, with a willingness to travel for market visits, trade shows, and supplier meetings.
Language and Work Requirements: Fluency in English (Mandarin is a plus), willingness to work from the office, and priority given to candidates with established customer resources in the stationery retail sector.
