Communication Specialist

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop effective corporate communication strategies
• Manage internal communications (internal memos, newsletters, etc)
• Draft campaign, content and communication initiatives
• Organize sustainability initiatives and plan events
• Liaise with related key stakeholders both internal and external
• Foster relationships with advocates and key persons
• Perform damage control in cases bad publicity
• Lead and ensure well communication implementation across APL sites

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in communication, journalism, public relations, English literature, economic, pharmacist, or a related field
• A minimum 2 years experience in communications strategy development.
• Have working experience as consultant is an advantages
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills both English and Bahasa
• Familiar with email blast, Ms office, and related business communication tools
• Works well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Ability to help create and deliver proactive, powerful messaging in support of a brand positioning
• Have a big heart in Sustainability and social activities
• Proven social media and networking expertise
• Strategic and creative mindset
• Meticulous attention to detail
