Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive communications strategies aligned with company goals.
Oversee the creation and execution of communications plans and campaigns for public relations and social media.
Ensure consistency in brand messaging across all channels.
Lead, mentor, and manage the public relations and social media teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
Develop and maintain relationships with key media contacts and influencers, and manage crisis communications.
Oversee content creation and distribution for press releases, media kits, and social media platforms, ensuring timely engagement with the online community.
Monitor media coverage, measure the impact of PR campaigns, and adapt social media strategies to current trends.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure communications support overall business objectives and coordinate with external agencies and vendors.
Analyze campaign performance, provide regular reports to senior management, and use data to optimize future strategies.
Develop and manage the communications budget, stay current with emerging technologies and best practices, and identify opportunities for innovation.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field; Masters degree is a plus.
7-10 years of experience in communications, with senior management experience.
Proven experience managing public relations and social media teams.
Strong portfolio of successful communications campaigns and communications projects.
Proficiency in social media platforms, PR tools, and communications software.
Ability to analyze data and metrics to measure campaign success.
Experience with content creation, storytelling, and branding strategies.
In-depth understanding of the industry and up-to-date with latest communications trends.
Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills.
Highly organized, creative, and able to work under pressure with strong interpersonal skills.
