Job Description

WHAT IS BUKUAKU

BukuAku is a digital library platform with a mission to promote a love of reading books to young readers. BukuAku contains thousands of books across different subjects and genres, so kids can choose to read topics that suit their interests and captivate their imagination. The books in BukuAku are highly curated by a team of educators and literary experts.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Communications, or related field.

- Proven experience in community management or similar roles.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.

- Familiarity with online community platforms and social media management tools.

- Knowledge of Tangerang area and willingness to work onsite when necessary.

Job Description:

- Managing Internal Community: Oversee the internal community initiatives, ensuring engagement and participation from members. Facilitate discussions, share relevant updates, and address member inquiries or concerns.

- Collaborating with External Communities: Establish partnerships and collaborate with external communities to expand the organization's network. Identify opportunities for joint projects or initiatives that benefit both parties.

- Event Management (Pre, During, Post): Plan and execute community events, including pre-event promotion, logistics coordination, and post-event follow-up. Ensure events run smoothly and meet the objectives of the community.

- Maintaining Community Activities (Online and Offline): Maintain regular communication and engagement with community members through various channels, both online and offline. Organize activities, workshops, or meetups to foster a sense of belonging and encourage participation.

- Monitoring and Evaluating Inter-community Competitions: Monitor and evaluate competitions or challenges between different communities, tracking performance metrics and outcomes. Provide feedback and recommendations for improvement based on the evaluation results.

- Providing Support for Community Members: Act as a point of contact for community members, providing assistance, guidance, and resources as needed. Foster a supportive and inclusive community environment where members feel valued and empowered.

- Conducting Community Research: Conduct research and analysis to gain insights into community trends, preferences, and needs. Use findings to inform community strategies and initiatives.
