We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Community Specialist to join our dynamic team in Yogyakarta. The ideal candidate will be responsible for nurturing and growing our user community, organizing events, and maintaining partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organize and host online events and webinars
- Plan and execute community engagement activities
- Develop and nurture relationships with educational institutions and partners
- Conduct outreach to potential partner organizations
- Create and distribute community-focused content
- Track and report on community metrics and growth
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- 0-2 years of experience in community management or related roles
- Excellent communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in social media platforms and community management tools
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
