What you'll do
Provide an engaging text, image and video content in communicating with brand's consumers
Understand the brand as a part of voice of the brand
Respond to consumers in a timely manner
Monitor, track and report on feedback and online reviews
Involved in campaign especially related with KOL, KOC, Community, etc. to ensure the content produced are aligned with the brand
Able to hijack conversation online related with the brand's topic
Stay up-to-date with digital technology trends
Understand publishing tools such as Sprinklr, Social Sprout, Hootsuite, etc.
Who you are
At least 1 year of social media, content and/or online brand marketing experience
Extensive knowledge of current and emerging social channels
Profecient with social media analytics and listening tools
Superior writing and copy editing skills
Experience with online monitoring and measurement platforms
Technical understanding of existing social media platforms
Effective time and project management skills, with ability to organize and prioritize efficiently
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
