Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Compensation and Benefits General Manager based in Jakarta, Indonesia. The role entails overseeing job evaluation, benefits administration, compensation management, employee benefits, and compensation structures on a day-to-day basis.
Qualifications
- Technical savyy in Job Evaluation and Compensation Management skills
- Have experience in managerial level at least 5 years at the same field
- Update with the trend of compensation benefit structures
- Have experience set up job evaluation and salary survey is a must
- She must have exposure working in big size company ( 1000 employees)
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a relevant discipline
