Responsible for handling HRIS System and supporting Compensation & Benefits's job
Responsible and checking regularly for attendance in Head Office area: register fingerprint, correction attendance, leave absence, unknown working hours, trouble ESS system and reporting in monthly
Handling for Health Insurance: Document medical, movement, and payment process
Handling for Data Canteen Employee (All Store area) for salary n journal
Prepare the Shortage Report for salary deduction for all stores area
Responsible checking and make sure in system resignation employee and internship after closing attendance
Handling Wajib Lapor Ketenagakerjaan Perusahaan (WLKP) all stores: reporting, update employee data in system
Responsible for reporting: Timesheet report, Diversity report, Manpower Working Hour & Personal Update form all stores,
Responsible for handling BP Jamsostek Kampus Merdeka Program
Supporting data for Audit Internal / External Monthly, Yearly/ Case
Handling for Distribute SPT all employee, Print SPT and Stamp for Officer level below
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in compensation and benefits administration at least 2 years.
Strong understanding of payroll processes and regulations.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in HRIS and payroll software.
Proficiency operating in Ms. Excel
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
