Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Compensation Benefits Specialist at PT. Maha Kreasi Indonesia in Bandung. The specialist will be responsible for job evaluation, benefits administration, compensation management, and overseeing employee benefits on a day-to-day basis.

Qualifications

• Job Evaluation, Compensation Management, and Compensation & Benefits skills
• Experience in Benefits Administration and managing Employee Benefits
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of compensation laws and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team
• Experience in HR or related field
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or relevant field
