Government Relation
Compliance Surveilance (reviewing prevailing regulations dan providing Gap analysist based on OJK regulations)
Reviewing and Identifying the internal Policy & Procedures (SOP or Policy ) to be aligned with prevailing regulations
Regulatory Reporting where all reports are accurate dan it must be submitted on timely basis
Monitoring Prevailing Regulations and Internal Policies
Training & Awareness related to Compliance conduct
Corporate Secretary Function : BOD and BOC Meeting
Supporting ISO Audit
Compliance Projects

Requirement

Bachelor's degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven regulatory compliance experience in the fintech, or financial services industry.
Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks, laws, and guidelines governing financial services.
Experience developing and implementing compliance programs, policies, and procedures.
Excellent analytical, and problem-solving.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels.
High level of integrity, professionalism, and commitment to ethical conduct.
