Job Description



  • Bachelor's degree in Law (Minimum GPA 3.00)
  • At least 2 years of experience in compliance
  • Knowledge of corporate law and financial regulations
  • Proficient in using AML reporting tools
  • Proven experience managing ISO certification processes
  • Previous experience in the financial services industry is required
  • Experience in the crypto industry is preferred

  • Prepare regulatory reports.
  • Conduct Gap Analysis related to new regulations.
  • Handle company licensing processes.
  • Manage ISO certification requirements.
  • Attend meetings with regulators.
  • Conduct regular compliance training sessions.
  • Investigate compliance issues as needed.
  • Collaborate with other departments to address compliance matters.
