Develop detailed engineering drawings and designs for production and manufacturing, utilizing CAD software to produce precise and accurate technical documentation
Create drawings according to the specifications and quantities outlined in the Budget Plan
Verify drawings are correct to specifications, codes, and other regulations, ensuring compliance with industry standards and safety guidelines
Develop technical reports, summarizing project details, design specifications, and potential challenges or considerations
Collaborate with architects, operations team, and contractors to address design issues, provide technical support, and ensure seamless project execution
Maintain a well-organized and up-to-date project file system, ensuring easy access to drawings, specifications, and project documentation
Requirements
Construction Experience 2 years is required. Bachelor in Architecture or Civil Engineering is preferred
Proficient in CAD software, including AutoCAD, Revit, or equivalent
Strong understanding of architectural and engineering design principles
Excellent knowledge of construction codes, standards, and regulations
Ability to multitask and manage several projects at a time
Exceptional attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse team
Time management skills to complete error-free work within the required timeframe
Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities to develop creative solutions
