Construction Section Head

Responsibilities

• Plan work schedules of work of projects, document tender and BOQ
• Check quality of work with contractors & operators and to handover the project
• Monitor progress and status vendor material production
• Make reports and coordinate with superiors regarding work by the contractor
• Coordinate contractors regarding work methods & work schedules in the field in accordance with targets given by Management
• Study and to check the drawings that have been approved to consultant before the work
• carry out value engineering on price offers that exceed the budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design/Architecture
• Minimum 5 years experience in project site management, preferably from Building Contractor/Interior Contractor/Developer Company.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD
• Excellent analytical & problem solving skills
