ECOCRETE CONSTRUCTION SITE SUPERVISOR

The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.

Description:

Oversee and ensure smooth running of assigned project, including budget, quality and time. Coordinate with owner and planner to ensure implementation according to design.

Provide daily and weekly reports to Project Manager including work documentation, weather, workforce, and progress.

Maintain and ensure safety and environmental standards during project implementation.

Manage and coordinate team and sub-contractors to ensure work is done as per specifications and schedule.

Ensure all work meets quality standards and technical specifications.

Ensure work is done as per plan and schedule.

Coordinate with relevant parties, such as suppliers, consultants, and sub-contractors to ensure project flow.

Maintain and ensure all project documents, such as drawings, technical specifications and daily work records, are available and updated.

Manage and monitor project expenses to ensure project stays within budget.

Ensure all tasks and responsibilities in the project are received and executed by the team.

Qualifications:

Degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field.

Ability to speak English is a must.

Knowledge of construction codes, regulations, and standards.

Experience with thorough inspection techniques and testing procedures.

Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

Ability to work independently or lead a team.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Excel Autocad and other software.

Salary & Compensation

Competitive salary package with a range of Rp. 4.500.000 Rp. 8.000.000, based on experience and qualifications.

Transportation for client visits will be covered by the company.
