Directly responsible for all aspects of accounts handling/servicing via relationship management with obstetricians and gynecologists (OBGYNs), pediatricians and/or other medical audiences.
Directly responsible for building and maintaining relationships with hospital administrators from assigned territories.
Coordinate and manage maternity/hospital-related events.
Directly responsible for all enquiries of all product & services and pre to post sales activities.
Assist in customer support and handle support line and mainline enquiries rostered out.
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree
At least 1-2 years of experience relevance to Sales or Customer Service (Preferable Medical Representative from Pharmaceutical or Medical Equipment Industry)
Must be familiar with healthcare industry.
Able to work independently and without close supervision.
Able to work with all levels of authority.
Highly driven, result oriented, possesses high level of initiative and ethics in selling process.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Sociable, confident, empathetic, and well-groomed.
Proficient in English, both speaking and writing (Min. passive).
Preferably have a valid driving license and possess own vehicle.
