PT VAPRO Training Indonesia is a company in the field of Human Resource Development and training specializing on technical operating staff in the process industry. Our first goal is support companies to improve the sustainability and efficiency by implementing activities related to human resource development, technology and organization. Our second goal is to contribute in initial training for youngsters in technical (secondary and higher) vocational schools by developing and implementing job competences profiles, qualification structures, curricula, learning resources, time tables, and exams. We also provide improvement programs for teachers in technology and modern didactical skills.

Job Vacancy: Consultant

Key duties and responsibilities:

As a consultant, you will be responsible to:

• contribute to the HR development and training programs in the companies
• develop learning materials and assessment tools
• contribute to train the trainer programs in companies and schools
• compare curricula of middle and higher vocational schools with Dutch curricula
• contribute in a pro-active way in the business development and sales for the products and services of VAPRO

Qualifications and requirements:

• Minimum graduated as a Bachelor (S1) in Engineering, preferably Chemical Engineer
• Preferably with minimum 2 (two) years working experience in the consultancy or technical field, human resource, or sales/marketing/business development
• Demonstrates pro-activity, flexibility, intellectual curiosity and the ability to learn quickly, think creatively and critically
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as negotiation skills; capable to communicate in English both in speech and writing
• Has an interest in technological and educational matters, and possess a hands-on mentality
• Preferably has experience in business development and sales/marketing.
