JOB SCOPEThe Content Creator Coordinator plays a pivotal role in the marketing team. This position involves creating, coordinating, and managing engaging content across various digital platforms to promote our brand and products. Key responsibilities include developing content strategies, producing visual and written content, organizing photoshoots, maintaining a content calendar, managing social media, collaborating with influencers, analysing performance metrics, and upholding the brand's voice and style. The Content Creator Coordinator contributes to our brand's success by bringing it to life through creative and visually appealing content.
- DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with the brand's voice and goals.
- Create engaging and visually appealing content, including photos, videos, and written copy, for various digital platforms such as social media, website, and email campaigns.
Take photograph of the finish goods (new style, batik and sarong, jewelry, accessories) which will be used for in-house archive system purpose, content creator, social media purpose, but not limited for other events held by company.- Editing photos taken to be ready use and to be put on google drive.
Work closely with photographers, videographers, models, and influencers to plan and execute photo and video shoots for product launches, promotions, and marketing campaigns.
- Maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent and timely content delivery across all channels.
Manage and curate content on social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and TikTok, to build and engage our online community.- Curate content for WhatsApp store and ensure its aligning with current stock and new style launch.
Creating mini catalog for online sales to supporting boosting sales performance.
- Manage company google business to ensure all the information provided is update.
Monitor content performance using analytics tools and provide regular reports to evaluate the effectiveness of content strategies and make data-driven improvements.- Take charge of our social media presence by creating engaging posts, responding to comments, and analyzing engagement data to optimize content performance.
Become person in charge to replying inquiry from social media platform such as tidio, DM from Instagram and Facebook.
- Ensure all the inquiry to marketing email taken care and replied on time.
Identify and establish partnerships with influencers and content creators to expand the brand's reach and drive engagement.- Perform basic graphic design to create social media posts, email templates, and other digital assets.

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Fashion, or a related field.
Proven experience in content creation and coordination, preferably in the fashion or retail industry.- Proficiency in using social media platforms and content management tools.
Strong creative and visual storytelling skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Detail-oriented and well-organized.- Basic graphic design skills (knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is a plus).
Ability to stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging platforms.
