About the role:
The rise of content creation in Indonesia presents a unique opportunity and challenge for Nara Creative. As part of the production team, you will be focused on anticipating changes in media. The Content Creator on this team will research, produce, and manage multiple projects that will propel our company forward.
You will facilitate the process of bringing our content ideas to life.
Our ideal candidate for this role will know how to communicate thoughts and ideas clearly to all supervised departments. You will work closely with the Production Team to ensure that we upload content more frequently, without compromising our integrity and quality.
Duties:
- Conduct research trends and tactics for retention across social media platform (YouTube, IG, and TikTok)
- Pitching ideas/bits/challenges to other team for approval
- Produce high-quality written, visual, or multimedia content for various social media channels
- Assist in developing content calendars and strategies aligned with the company's goals and target audience.
- Track the performance of content using analytics tools and provide regular reports on key metrics such as Impressions, Click-through-rate (CTR), Average View Duration (AVD), and etc.
- Collaborate with Marketing & Production team to creates a Branded / User-generated content and maximize its reach and impact.
Requirements:
- Obsessive over YouTube content whether watching or creating
- Have a solid understanding of Celloszxz's content, including their style, tone, themes presented in their videos.
- Have knowledge in managing every phase of production from conceptualization, scripting, and filming to post-production
- Candidates should demonstrate a strong sense of humor and the ability to generate creative and entertaining ideas for videos.
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, VN, and etc.
- Be adaptable, great communicator, capable of receiving and interpreting feedback, and meeting tight deadlines.
- Placement: Galaxy, Bekasi Selatan.
Note:
This will be a 3 months internship program
You will get exposed and able to gain experience in the content creation world and receive a monthly stipend.
