Responsibilities

Develop and execute content marketing strategies to drive traffic, engagement, and leads
Create, edit, and manage high-quality content for various platforms (social media, blog posts, articles, newsletters, website copy, etc.)
Collaborate with the campaign and design teams to produce engaging and brand-aligned content
Conduct market research to understand audience preferences, trends, and content performance
Monitor and analyze content performance metrics, making data-driven decisions to enhance future content
Plan and implement content calendars for ongoing campaigns and initiatives
Stay up to date with the latest content marketing trends, tools, and best practices
Engage with audiences on social media platforms, responding to comments and fostering community interaction
Manage content distribution through various channels

Requirements

Bachelor Degree in any related major
At least 1 year experience managing progressively complex projects in a social media & Content Marketing environment
Excellent writing and editing skills, with attention to detail and creativity
Fluent in English, both spoken and written
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Excellent communicator and creative thinker
Experience with a content management system and social media management tools
Ability to analyze and interpret data to improve content performance
Able to communicate and build rapport effectively with all members of the organization
