Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and ensure stock unit data in the application is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Collaborate with the warehouse and logistics teams to synchronize stock information in real-time.
  • Validate product and stock data to ensure the quality of the information displayed in the application.
  • Generate daily and weekly reports on stock status, product movement trends, and unit availability analysis.
  • Work with IT and product development teams to resolve technical issues related to stock data in the application.
  • Identify and resolve any discrepancies in data that may affect the user experience.
  • Assist in managing application content related to product catalogs and special promotions based on stock availability.

Requirements

  • Minimum of a Diploma or Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience in content operations or admin operations is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficient in stock management software or inventory management systems.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Availability to join as soon as possible.
