Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand visibility and drive engagement.
  • Manage day-to-day activities on Instagram channels, including posting, monitoring, and responding to comments from AyBun.
  • Collaborate with the expert and creative team to drive content in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with the content team to align social media activities.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in social media marketing to continuously improve our online presence.
  • Monitor social media analytics and track OKR to measure the effectiveness of social media efforts.
  • Engage with our online community (AyBun) by responding to comments in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements

  • 1 year professional experiences in social media admin/operations.
  • Fresh graduate are welcome as long as they can provide proper portfolio that shows they're excellent in operations/administration (Excel, Sheet).
  • Having a background in marketing, health or medical fields is a plus.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and insights to optimize content.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple social media account simultaneously.
  • Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights to optimize social media performance.
