Job Description:
Our client is one of Indonesia's leading construction and investment companies. As a state-owned enterprise, it plays a pivotal role in the development of Indonesia's infrastructure, contributing to numerous large-scale projects across the country.
Ensure all contracts comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, including service agreements, purchase agreements, and partnership agreements.
Develop and implement risk management policies and procedures.
Conduct risk assessments and audits to ensure compliance with internal and external standards.
Prepare and present regular reports on contract status, compliance, and risk management activities.
Job Requirements:
Min 10 years of experience in Government construction projects.
Min 10 years of experience in Contract Administration, Legal, and Risk Management.
Holds a Certification in Risk Management (CRMP) or equivalent.
Has an educational background in law/construction law.
Understands legal policies related to construction and procurement as well as applicable regulations in Indonesia.
