- Responsible for preparation of contract administration documents.
- Responsible to arrange and follow through the company documentation.
- Doing translation from English to Bahasa or Bahasa to English for bilingual contracts.
- Filling all company documents, contracts and other related to Legal Documents.
- Responsible to report contract status and follow through the status to either internal or external (customers).
- Responsible to manage contract documents process internally and externally from the beginning to get them filled.
- Responsible to arrange licensing related to company business.
- Bachelor's Degree ( Law School is Preferred )
- A minimum of 3 years experience in contract administration.
- Strong English and Bahasa communication skills, both oral and written.
- Proficient with MS Word and Excel.
- Ability to establish effective working relationships in a team environment with colleagues, associates, and clients.
- Ability to effectively multi-task and work fast.
