Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Control Room Officer located in Tangerang. The Control Room Officer will be responsible for monitoring security systems, operating surveillance equipment, responding to alarms and emergencies, and communicating with field security officers. Additional tasks include maintaining accurate documentation, reporting incidents, and coordinating with law enforcement and emergency services.

Qualifications

• Experience in security monitoring and control room operations
• Knowledge of security systems and surveillance equipment
• Ability to handle emergency situations and make quick decisions
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in computer applications and software
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a team environment
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certifications in security and surveillance (e.g., CCTV operation) are preferred
