Ability to prepare sale and purchase agreement and loan documentation for subsale transaction.- To monitor and complete the subsale transaction from beginning until the end
Familiar with all banks requirement in loan execution, advises and their SOP for subsale transaction
- Actively update clients and all related parties on the file status
Maintaining good communication and a positive working relationship with all stakeholders- Other conveyancing work assigned by the Firm
Possessed a Bachelor Degree in Law (LLB) or a member of the Malaysian Bar- At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office
- Able to work under stress, strong analytical and problem-solving skill
Great interpersonal and leadership skill- Preferably able to start immediately or short notice.
Mandarin speaker as the working environment needed.
