We are excited to share an outstanding opportunity to join FINNS World's Best Beach Club. We are seeking a vibrant and dynamic Cook Helper (Sushi) to assist our culinary team in crafting exceptional sushi dishes and enhancing our guests dining experience.

• Location: Bali, Indonesia

• Job Responsibilities:

Assist in the preparation of sushi ingredients, including slicing fish, cutting vegetables, and preparing rice

• Provide support to sushi chefs during service, including assembling rolls, plating dishes, and ensuring a smooth workflow in the kitchen

Ensure that all workstations and kitchen equipment are kept clean and organized according to food safety standards

• Assist in ensuring that all sushi is prepared to the highest quality standards, maintaining the consistency and presentation of each dish

Take advantage of learning opportunities provided by senior chefs to enhance your sushi-making skills and knowledge of Japanese cuisine

• Work closely with the entire kitchen team to ensure efficient and timely service to our guests

• Job Requirements:

Previous experience in a kitchen environment is preferred, but not required

• A strong interest in sushi and Japanese cuisine is essential

Basic knife skills and a willingness to learn are required

• Attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are crucial

Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and the ability to work well as part of a team

• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
