RESPONSIBILITIES- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, following established recipes and portion sizes.
Ensure that dishes are prepared and presented according to the menu and quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including proper storage of ingredients and cleaning of cooking equipment.
Assist in monitoring and managing kitchen inventory, including notifying the chef or supervisor of low stock levels.- Be willing to assist with various tasks in the kitchen as needed, including food prep, dishwashing, and cleaning.
