Responsibilities
Conduct research on industry trends, target audience, and competitors.
Understand the target audience in every aspect to spark their interest and drive action.
Develop creative, punchy, and engaging copy that engages the target audience (from script writing for videos, caption writing, and ideation of visuals).
Interpret creative direction and technical information and turn them into persuasive copy concepts.
Ideate and execute ideas from beginning to end in a fast-paced working environment.
Work closely with performance marketers and graphic designers to develop high-quality creative strategies that meet business objectives and goals.
Collaboration with all key stakeholders to make sure messages are both strategically and medically accurate.
Update and amend ad copy according to feedback.
Stay updated with current and new trends and incorporate them into content creation to ensure relevancy and freshness.
Provide context and stories that can be translated into foreign languages.
Qualifications and Skills:
Have 1-3 years of experience in copywriting for performance marketing.
Demonstrate advanced knowledge and capabilities in digital ads.
Familiarity with AI-based and automation-based creative tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude etc).
You don't just consider yourself a great copywriter but also an amazing creative.
You love coming up with ideas as much as you love spending time crafting them!
