Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong, strategic relationships with corporate clients and insurance companies to foster business partnerships.
  • Assist in the establishment of competitive pricing for hospital services, ensuring alignment with market standards and profitability.
  • Draft and negotiate collaboration agreements with new corporate clients and insurance providers, ensuring all terms are mutually beneficial.
  • Conduct regular updates and analyses of competitors marketing strategies, identifying opportunities for improvement and differentiation.
  • Execute sales strategies aimed at achieving targeted patient volume, employing effective tactics to attract and retain clients.
  • Prepare periodic reports on sales performance and client relationship status, providing insights for strategic decision-making.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Management, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of sales experience within a hospital or healthcare setting, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong negotiation abilities.
  • Solid understanding of the health insurance industry and market trends.
  • Strong analytical abilities with a proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
