- Proven experience in food and beverage management, ideally in a corporate or multi-property setting or 4-5 star international hotel chain with a minimum of 2 years employment with a similar position.
- Strong expertise in training and development, operational audits, and adherence to excellent service standards.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills to engage and inspire hotel unit leaders and staff.
- Business acumen with the ability to identify and drive new business opportunities.
- High level of organization and ability to manage multiple projects and properties effectively.
- Strong operational background in restaurant, bar, and banquet, with exceptional knowledge in food and beverage.
- Excellent proficiency in speaking, listening, and writing in business or formal English, with the ability to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders and produce high-quality reports and presentations.
