Job Description:

  • Pre-Opening: Support Front Office and Reservations setup before hotel openings.
  • Task Delegation: Assign responsibilities and ensure resources meet standards.
  • Property Support: Assist with Front Office operations at existing properties.
  • Standards Compliance: Enforce service standards and policies across properties.
  • Standards Improvement: Recommend updates to Front Office procedures.
  • New Hotel Setup: Organize teams for new hotel launches.
  • System Evaluation: Review and advise on Front Office systems and processes.
  • Monthly Reporting: Develop and review a Front Office performance report.
  • Quality Control: Guide FOMs in maintaining service quality.
  • FOM Recruitment: Support the hiring of Front Office Managers.
  • Training: Assist with Front Office and Reservations staff training.
  • New Openings: Provide hands-on support for new hotels.
  • Temporary Coverage: Step in for vacant FOM positions as needed.
  • Brand Familiarity: Master brand standards across all properties.
