MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Corporate Event Lead is responsible for strategically planing, organizing, and executing corporate events that align with the company's goals, enhance brand image, foster stakeholder engagement, and deliver exceptional experiences. The Corporate Event Lead ensures that events are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and professionalism, ultimately contributing to the company's success and reputation.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
- Mastery of written and oral English
- Min. 5 years of experience in event planning, corporate events, or a related field; preferable from exhibition companies.
- Proven experience managing event budgets, negotiating with vendors, and ensuring cost-effective event execution.
- Event Planning and Coordination.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong negotiation skills for securing favorable terms with vendors and suppliers.
- Good on building relationship and wide-related media channels.
- Creative thinking to design engaging and memorable events.
- Attention to detail.
