Corporate Finance Jr. Manager

Responsibilities

• Analyze financial statements, performance indicators, and market trends to evaluate the financial performance of the company.
• Evaluate investment opportunities by performing due diligence, risks assessment and provide recommendations on the financial feasibility.
• Interpret and consolidate data, produce report and presentations, provide recommendations and insights to Management.
• Analyze industries and companies to provide assessment/recommendations on potential investments
• Assist in preparing slides for meeting with BOD or potential investors.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Accounting / Finance / Business, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Auditor, Corporate Finance, Transaction Due Diligence, Financial Due Diligence areas.
• Previous Experience from Big 4 Consultant will be a great plus.
• Strong Excel and proficiency in other Microsoft Office applications.
• Good command in English written and verbal.
• Fluency in Mandarin will be a great plus.
• Experience in Financial Modeling, Forecasting and Invesment.
• Ability to perform Financial Analysis and Financial Reporting.
