What you will do:
- Design, analyze and oversee the development of financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning process related to financial metrics
- Lead the annual budgeting process, including capital expenditure planning using activity based costing method
- Analyze actuals against budget/forecast and present the monthly financial reports (incl. strategies) of various units and departments
- Support the management and key leaders with data-driven analysis by providing stakeholders with detailed insights and visibility on business performance.
- Performing ad-hoc analysis where required to assist in management decision making
- Lead and deliver on Digital Finance transformation by identifying areas for technology adoption and streamlining
- Proactively identifying opportunities for improvement and design end to end financial analysis, benchmarking, reporting and insights that embraces better process and innovation.
What you will need:
- Bachelor&aposs Degree, Master&aposs Degree / Post Graduate Degree, majoring in Finance.
- Proven work experience min. 10 years as a business partner in delivering better decision support and enabling strategic initiatives which help to improve the organizations financial performance.
- Possess excellent analytical skills as well as strong business acumen.
- Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build work relationships with the ability to interact with various management levels.
- Superior attention to detail and ability to successfully manage multiple competing priorities while maintaining a view of the big picture.
- Demonstrated ability to drive projects across an organization.
