Maja Family is Hiring Corporate IT. The Corporate IT will oversee the IT infrastructure and operations across our hotels and villas. This role will ensure the effective delivery of IT services, support, and maintenance while aligning with the corporation's strategic goals.
Oversee the IT infrastructure across all properties, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
- Plan and execute IT projects, including system upgrades, installations, and integrations.
Collaborate with external vendors to procure and maintain hardware, software, and other IT services.- Prepare and manage the IT budget, ensuring cost control and optimal allocation of resources.
Identify opportunities for technology-driven improvements in operations and guest services.
Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT management, preferably in the hospitality industry.
Experience with hotel management systems (PMS, POS, etc.) is a plus.- Experience in managing IT projects from inception to completion.
Ability to work collaboratively with different departments and external partners.
The position may require travel between properties.
- On-call availability for emergencies and critical issues.
