Corporate Legal Specialist

Bank Sahabat Sampoerna is looking for Corporate Legal Specialist who will be responsible for the following:

1. Provide legal advice and opinions to business units to ensure that business operations comply with all relevant laws and regulations.

2. Protect the company's legal interests in its relationships with third parties, especially regarding agreements.

3. Oversee the administration and management of all legal documentation.

4. Conduct legal research to stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry practices.

For this role, we will need someone who:

1. min bachelor's degree in Law major

2. min 1 years experience as a Corporate Legal

3. preferably experience in the banking industry
