This role involves executing corporate sales and marketing activities to achieve set goals through both individual and team KPIs. Key responsibilities include collaborating with sales teams to explore cross-selling and upselling opportunities, developing tailored marketing materials and proposals for corporate clients, and conducting market research to understand trends and customer needs. The position also requires optimizing digital marketing campaigns across platforms like LinkedIn and email, identifying potential new client pipelines, and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders. Additionally, the role includes organizing and participating in industry events, analyzing campaign performance metrics, collaborating with product development to align offerings with market demands, and staying updated on industry best practices. Other duties may be assigned by the direct supervisor.
Responsibilities
- Execute corporate sales/marketing activities and assist in developing marketing plan to achieve corporate sales goals set by the supervisor given in form of both individual and team KPI.
- Collaborate with sales teams to identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.
- Assist in developing compelling marketing materials, presentations, and proposals tailored to corporate clients.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.
- Support in optimizing digital marketing campaigns across various platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, email).
- Identify potential resource of new client's pipeline,
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and clients.
- Organize and participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics, CRM, and provide insights/reports of marketing/sales campaign for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with product development teams to align offerings with market demands.
- Stay updated on industry developments and best practices in corporate marketing.
- Working non-standard hours associated with maintaining relationships with key shareholders and clients.
- Perform any other duties given by direct supervisor.
Qualifications
- A relevant degree (or post-degree professional marketing qualification) with at least four years subsequent relevant experience; or extensive experience and management expertise; or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training in the development of international business activity within the Higher Education and/or Vocational Education sectors.
- Comprehensive knowledge of, or the ability to acquire knowledge of PT CQU EBTC products, courses, policies and procedures and the issues relevant to the vocational training and higher education sector.
- Knowledge and demonstrated proficiency in the use of customer relationship management systems (CRMs).
- The ability to accurately translate sales and marketing information from English to Indonesian Bahasa and confidently communicate in both languages (both written and verbal).
- Demonstrated experience in student recruitment and marketing of education services, including planning for and evaluation of recruitment activities and working to meet targets and deadlines in a complex and demanding environment.
- Experience in developing and servicing partnerships with academic institutions and corporate ideally including articulation, and optimizing alumni relationships to meet strategic goals.
- High level skills in consulting, negotiating and communicating professionally with a range of people at all levels and from diverse cultures both internally and externally to achieve positive stakeholder / client relations, including sales and closing.
- Proven ability to meet deadlines, achieve target outcomes, and resolve problems without supervision and through a demonstrated level of judgement, flexibility and initiative.
Remuneration
