  • Prospecting New Clients: Researching and identifying potential customers or business opportunities using various tools and databases.
  • Cold Calling and Outreach: Making initial contact with prospective clients through cold calls, emails, or social media to introduce the company's products or services.
  • Lead Generation: Assisting the sales team in generating new leads through market research and outreach campaigns.
  • Sales Presentations: Supporting the sales team by preparing and sometimes participating in presentations to potential clients.
  • Follow-up on Leads: Contacting leads and potential clients to keep the conversation going and answer any preliminary questions they may have.
  • Sales Support: Assisting the acquisition team with administrative tasks such as preparing proposals, contracts, and other sales documents.
  • Learning the Sales Process: Participating in sales meetings, training, and learning how to close deals and negotiate contracts.
  • Competitor Analysis: Researching competitors and providing insights to the sales team on potential competitive advantages.
  • Reporting : Assisting with creating sales performance reports, tracking lead conversion rates, and identifying areas for improvement.

Job Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) OR Google Worksuite.
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous internship or work experience in sales, marketing, or customer service is preferred, but not required.
  • Self-motivated, ambitious, and willing to take initiative.
