Prospecting New Clients: Researching and identifying potential customers or business opportunities using various tools and databases.
Cold Calling and Outreach: Making initial contact with prospective clients through cold calls, emails, or social media to introduce the company's products or services.
Lead Generation: Assisting the sales team in generating new leads through market research and outreach campaigns.
Sales Presentations: Supporting the sales team by preparing and sometimes participating in presentations to potential clients.
Follow-up on Leads: Contacting leads and potential clients to keep the conversation going and answer any preliminary questions they may have.
Sales Support: Assisting the acquisition team with administrative tasks such as preparing proposals, contracts, and other sales documents.
Learning the Sales Process: Participating in sales meetings, training, and learning how to close deals and negotiate contracts.
Competitor Analysis: Researching competitors and providing insights to the sales team on potential competitive advantages.
Reporting : Assisting with creating sales performance reports, tracking lead conversion rates, and identifying areas for improvement.
Job Requirements
Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) OR Google Worksuite.
Ability to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
Previous internship or work experience in sales, marketing, or customer service is preferred, but not required.
Self-motivated, ambitious, and willing to take initiative.
