Job Description & Main responsibility :
- Driving the budgeting exercise of each department and translating it in to monthly project budget
2 Compiling the actual performance in comparison with budgeted target every month
3 Analysing the reasons for deviations
- Highlighting the factors leading to cost overruns
- Preparing and presenting the reports within stipulated time lines requirements.
- Reviewing the material purchase transactions with regard to reasonableness of price/TOP/ need for purchase/stock availability etc
- Production losses and factors leading to such losses
- Attitude to support the teams for performance enhancer rather than critic
9 To calculate Profit loss estimates on ongoing basis
