Atlas Beach Fest is founded by PT. Kreasi Bali Prima, we provide the experience of a unique atmosphere beach club, culinary ground, lounges, and nightclub professionally concepted.
We are looking for great people to fill this vacant position of Cost Control.
Responsibilities
- Periodically comparing Data between System and Actual (reconciles actual stock count to computer-generated reports)
- Participate in weekly and monthly stock taking
- Check and cross-verify if all sales from POS System have been transferred correctly to ESB systems
- Responsible for ensuring that every Cost Control policy and procedure can be implemented properly by all departments
- Compile and Analyze COGS Reports and verify all supporting documents
- Prepare variance analysis for food & beverage and communicating with relevant parties
- Check the menu pricing on the POS systems and ensure the correct prices are loaded
- Responsible for surprise spot checks at all beach club bars and kitchen
- Check and ensure that no material is issued out from the store without requisition or approval from the respective department head
- Check and ensure all menu items have a recipe
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Management, or a relevant field strongly preferred
- Minimum have 2 years experience in cost control in F&B, hotels, and resorts
- Knowledge of supplies, equipment, and/or services ordering and inventory control
- Ability to reconcile stock counts to report data
- Database management skills
- Ability to analyze and solve problems
- Ability to prepare routine administrative paperwork
- Clerical, word processing, and/or office skills
- Experience with Accounting Systems, POS Systems, and Inventory Systems
- Have high-level attention to detail
- Outstanding Communication Skills, Both Written and verbal
- Strong presentation skills, able to explain concepts concisely and accurately
- Able to develop strong, cooperative relationships with department heads
