Conduct regular financial analysis, variance analysis, and performance assessments to identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
Prepare accurate financial forecasts and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.
Monitor and control manufacturing costs, including direct labor, overhead, and material expenses.
Collaborate with production and procurement teams to optimize inventory levels and reduce wastage.
Implement and maintain cost accounting systems and processes to ensure accurate tracking of costs.
Prepare timely and accurate financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
Ensure compliance with local accounting regulations, company policies.
Assist in coordinating internal and external audits and address any audit-related issues.
Oversee inventory management processes to ensure proper valuation and accurate tracking.
Work with the logistics team to optimize inventory turnover and minimize carrying costs.
Oversee the preparation of financial documents for audits and liaise with external auditors.
Assess financial risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
Qualifications:
Fluency in English and Indonesian languages.
Proven experience as a Plant Controller, Costing Controller, Financial Controller, or similar role in Hospitality Field.
Professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) is a plus.
Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and reporting standards.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
