Position: Costing Associate Manager

About The Role :

We are looking for a Costing Associate Manager to conduct cost analysis, manage the costing process, and provide insights into cost efficiency and profitability. This role involves overseeing the costing of products, analyzing production expenses, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize costs. The ideal candidate will also assist in financial forecasting, budgeting, and identifying cost-saving opportunities to ensure financial sustainability.

What You Will Do

• Manage the operational activities of Fixed Assets (FA) at the site Manufacture
• Analyze costing and provide input based on the analysis conducted
• Perform feasibility studies for projects being executed in the manufacturing process
• Manage the budgeting process related to COGM and COGS

What You Will Need

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• Have at least 3-5 years experience in Cost at the Manufacture
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Oracle
• Possess a growth mindset and superior attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively both individually and within a team
• Knowledge of applicable accounting regulations and allocation calculation
• Willing to work in GIIC Cikarang, West Java.
