ABOUT THE ROLE
The Country Sales Leader is responsible for establishing and executing a commercial strategic plan to grow business, orders, revenue and profitability objectives in Indonesia. This role will lead a direct report to drive business in assigned region.
SCOPE
- Establish sales plan for assigned regions of Indonesia via AOP process and STRAP.
- Collaborates closely with channel partners to support end customers, understanding their application requirements and providing technical viable solutions to meet customer's needs.
- Responsible for channel management and channel development for business growth.
- Assess, monitor and evaluate competitor activities.
- Understands overall market conditions to provide monthly forecasts and adjust strategies execution.
- Lead and coach a direct report to define and delivery value for customers through effective prioritization of objectives.
- Drive business objectives achievement through effective cross-functional and cross-regional collaboration.
- Effectively usage of operating model processes like daily management, Monthly Business review, annual operating plan and Goal Development Plan for commercial initiatives.
THE QUALIFIED CANDIDATE
- Degree in Engineering or other related fields
- Minimum 10 years of experience, especially with industrial products
- Familiarity with the pumps business and various specialty applications.
