This company provides software and technology solutions for financial institutions, particularly in treasury, risk management, and capital markets. Their products and services cater to banks, investment firms, and corporate clients, focusing on optimising financial processes, managing risk, and improving compliance.
Covering businesses across the Indonesian region, this role will lead the sales efforts for the Indonesian market. You will take responsibility for the whole sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to closing deals and securing new business.
The ideal candidate will have experience in selling enterprise financial software, SaaS, or FinTech solutions to banks and financial institutions and proven success in achieving sales quotas & implementing sales methodologies such as conceptual selling and consultative selling.
Responsibilities
Sales Process Management: Own and manage the entire sales process, from prospecting
to closing, ensuring a steady flow of new business.
Pipeline Development: Build, nurture, and execute a pipeline of potential clients through
consistent outreach and follow-up.
Client Relationship Building: Develop and maintain trusting relationships with decision-
makers in the BFSI and corporate sectors, effectively communicating the ROI and business
impact of our products.
Presentations and Demos: Lead client presentations and collaborate with pre-sales
teams to deliver compelling product demonstrations tailored to the prospect's needs.
Internal Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (sales, pre-sales, product,
operations, legal) to ensure alignment in sales efforts and to maximise deal success.
Key skills & experience
Minimum 4+ years of experience in selling enterprise financial software,
SaaS, or FinTech solutions to banks and financial institutions.
Sales Track Record: Proven success in achieving sales quotas, preferably in the Banking
and Financial Services sector.
Methodologies: Experience with sales methodologies such as conceptual selling and
consultative selling.
Tools: Proficiency in Sales CRM and Microsoft Office applications.
Networking: Strong industry contacts and professional networking capabilities; active
LinkedIn presence is a plus.
